If you are checking the form on your PC then that message is to be
expected - ignore it and continue. The issue is - why does the form on
the server not send the email?
Are the extensions on the server working?
Has the email transport on the extensions been removed?
Are the emails falling into a spam trap? - check your junk mail folders
both in your email client and on your ISPs email server.
Is your hosts SMTP server sending the emails? Some hosts may not send
emails from forms to Hotmail, Verizon, Comcast or AOL accounts. Some
hosts insist that form emails should go to an account in the same domain
as the form.
Check the form on the server, not on your PC.
